70 Years of Creation – Israeli Contemporary Art Exhibition at the State Hermitage Museum
For the past 70 years, the Israeli art scene has been developing and generating great works of art. For the first time, an Israeli art exhibition will be shown at a major museum such as the State Hermitage Museum.
The exhibition will feature works of art by Israeli artists, carefully handpicked by world renowned art specialists from the State Hermitage Museum. The chosen artists vary in technique, point of view, experience, religion and even political views, in a way that will accurately display the diverse Israel on its 70th anniversary, as perceived by its local artists and described by them, with their unique and individual views. The exhibition will take place during 2021 at the State Hermitage Museum.
