United Cultures is an international forum that assembles voices from many cultural backgrounds. It serves as a platform for substantive dialogue on pressing cultural and social issues and as an incubator for projects that translate that dialogue into action.
The XI Forum of United Cultures convened international delegations in St. Petersburg to discuss how culture can create cooperation in a rapidly changing world. Designed as a working platform rather than a ceremonial gathering, the Forum brings together representatives of diverse cultures and nationalities to address current social and cultural questions and to initiate new joint projects.
Within this year’s program, the expert discussion “The Sharp Edges of Museum Spaces” focused on the rising role of museums as civic institutions.
Amir Gross Kabiri, President of the Hermitage Museum Foundation Israel, took part in this panel, sharing perspectives on international cooperation and the stewardship of cultural heritage. His contribution proved the value of long-term partnerships between museums, foundations, and communities. These partnerships expand access to culture and strengthen public trust.
