Publishers or writers, as well as museums and universities, may utilize The Hermitage Museum Foundation Israel archive of visual information by submitting a written request for the loan of photographic material and/or permission to reproduce images of artworks which are in The State Hermitage Museum collection.In exchange for the loan of photographic material, the Foundation requires that the publisher provide a complimentary copy of the publication in which the The Hermitage Museum Foundation Israel – owned artwork appears. Indemnity
The user agrees to indemnify, defend, and release The Hermitage Museum Foundation Israel, and each of their respective trustees, officers, employees and agents from all claims, causes, allegations, costs, expenses, fees (including actual attorneys’ fees), judgments, liabilities, losses and damages arising from or relating to user’s use of or operation of the site (www.hermitagefoundation.com).
Waiver
Any waiver of any provision of this Agreement must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of The Hermitage Museum Foundation Israel.
